I called Bushnell Customer Support to get a small rubber washer for my 3200 scope 10x40. It is the rubber washer under the chrome turret bolt that holds the sight adjustment turret in place. When I was setting my adjustments to zero after the scope was sighted in, one of the rubber washers twisted under the bolt when the bolt was removed. It is a VERY simple part to replace but they insisted that I return the scope. The washer was stretched out a bit and I thought I might need to replace it. I just put it back and replaced the turret bolt. Has anyone ever had this happen with a scope problem with Bushnell? |
