I have a Aimpoint on my RRA LAR-15 Tactical Entry, There is nothing wrong with the aimpoint mind you, I have noticed that on the EO Tech's it appears that the sighting area is larger, and the controls easier to set-up.....Is there anyone else that feesl this way also....I am thinking of selling my aimpoint and purchasing a EO Tech from brownell's...... First, this has been discussed recently.....................numerous times with the conclusion that some like one and some like the other. Second, I don't see how either has easier controls. One's a pushbutton you push to change illum, the other has a knob that you turn. YMMV. Third, surely you can get an EOTech cheaper than Brownells, but as I type this I was thinking that you probably have some type of FFL/LEO connection, so............................nevermind.

Never owned an Aimpoint, so I can't give you an honest opinion of them, however, I can't say enough good things about the EOTech. I use mine for work (patrol/SWAT) and the larger viewing area helps tremendously, especially with aquiring the reticle while wearing a gas mask and having to tilt the rifle.
