The windage is moved all the right after I have sighted the weapon in.  In fact, I can't flip from the larger to the smaller aperture because it is hitting the side of the sight housing.  Some feedback from another member indicated that the barrel has been over torqued or front sight is canted too much.

Installing the sight on the flat top seems pretty fool proof, so where did I go wrong?

I think its the BUIS
I tried 2 Arms40 mounts on one of my uppers
the first one that was a brand new older model was dead center
then I tried a newer used model which had to be moved over to the right about half way, but not as bad as yours

A.R.M.S. had a run of a bad batch of 40 and 40A's a while back.....they seemed to be canted a bit and is a problem to get the sight zeroed.....contact A.R.M.S. about your 40 BUIS.....they have wonderful customer service and i feel sure that they will make it right for you......
