If it looses the ilumination inside the scope, can it be sent back to the company and fixed??

Trijicons are all illuminated with tritium. Most have a secondary fiber optic illumination source. The fiber optic will never go dim, but only works when there is ambient light. The tritium is used to illuminate the reticle when there is not enough ambient light to power the fiber optic. Tritium will glow for about 15 years until it starts to dim. When it does, Trijicon will replace your tritium for a price, I dont recall what it is, maybe $275 or something? Someone knows for sure, but I do recall it isnt really all that cheap. Not outrageous either considering tritium is the most expensive item per weight in the world...
