Thanks!

ARMS #32 or, the new one from LaRue are probably the nicest. Each of these attach to the bipod itself and when you remove it, nothing is left behind. Most any other bipod mount I know of attachest to the rail and then the bipod on that mount. So when you take the bipod off, the mount is left behind.

New-arguy is right about the LaRue or ARMS being the nicest QD bipod mounts.  Personally, I didn't need a mount that had QD capability, so I saved some cash and got the YHM mount.  It's quite secure, much cheaper, and pretty clean looking.

For me, I often take the bipods off one gun and put it on another, so the fact that the mount stay with the bipod and can be removed without tools is very convieninet. If the bipod is most likely going to be left on the gun, the fact that the ARMS or LaRue mount comes off easily is not even a factor. In which case the YHM mount would be an excellent choice for much less money. I should have made that distinction earlier.

Cheap route:  YHM Bipod mount + 2 YHM EOTech large thumb screws.
More expensive: ARMS, Larue

My LaRue bipod mount  I'm a shameless post whore, but I really like LaRue's mounts they make, too bad they've already got all my money, I want one of those new SPR mounts with the red dot mount

www.laruetactical.com, But Grant or MSTN are the 2 guys in the know on LaRue's stuff

I prefer the ARMS mount, the LaRue is a quality mount but I do not like how thick it is.
