Ok, I want to mount an EOTech onto my M4. Here is the deal, I want to get the AA Battery Model EOTech (552) but I also want to be able to have a BUIS so the EOTech will have to hang out over the M4 Handguards. What is the best mount that will still allow me to co-witness the sights, allow the EOTech to extend out over the M4 handguards, and allow for a BUIS. Will the GG&G EOTech Mount? Will the Larure Tactical Mount? I am leaning towards the A.R.M.S. #40 BUIS at this point in time. However I was told the RRA was reworking there Dominator Mount and it may allow for the EOTech to extend out over the M4 handguards. If there is going to be an improved version of the RRA Dominator Mount I may just go with that. Thanks, |

Well, that's a whole 'nother thread. Let's just say that I am more than happy with my N model and wouldn't change it for anything. Since you're getting the AA, I believe the LaRue is the only mount that will work with the M4 handguards. But it is very expensive, I believe $115 plus shipping for the riser alone. |
| I have my EoTech 552 mounted directly to the flat top of my M4 along with an ARMS #40 BUIS. No need to spend the extra money for a mount unless you are looking for a quick remove/replace that retains zero or to cowittness in the lower part of the EoTech's window. |
