I have AR-15 with carry handle, I just mounted my ML-2/w ARMS quick release on a ARMS 39
goose neck. At first I mounted it paralell to the hand guard, the ring screws were snug and the Aimpont was turned clock wise. When i look through the scope the dot is below front sight and
to the right. When I turn the Aimpoint CCW the dot seems to center up a little better but it still
below front sight. When I changed to on top of the carrying handle I can get it centered better and
the dot is above the front sight. Any suggestions

You need the spacer to forward mount the optic.

Are you turning the entire sight, or the elevation/windage adjustments? Don't rotate the whole Aimpoint to try and line up the dot....

No spacer required with ARMS #39 and 22M68.
