First, does anyone have experience with these?  Are the sling mounts and the picatinny rail included, and can they be switched from their different sides?

I am having an Advanced Armament flash hider attached to a 14.5" barrel for legality and I guess that I will have to have this installed before.  Can a normal AR front sight be removed without sliding it off the end of the barrel?

So I will have to have the barrel shipped to GG&G, shipped from there to the gunsmith to install the flash hider, and finally shipped to me.

This will be used in conjunction with an ARMS 40, GG&G Cantilever and Aimpoint M2.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The GG&G must be installed before you permanently attach a muzzle device.

Honestly I used the GG&G quite a bit and PRI as well.  You do NOT want a flip up front sight no matter how much you THINK you do... you will regret the purchase as its unneeded and the GG&G rail and sling mount are not free float and you wont use them and its just a less reliable system that accomplishes nothing but looking cool.  Stick to a fixed front sight.  You can change to the flip sight down the road by removing the flash hider (this will destroy the flash hider but not harm the barrel) and install another flash hider if you find a legit NEED for it but I sincerely doubt you will.
I am only saying this so you dont make the decision I did and waste valuable money.

PS: Advanced Armament wont reach 16" only the Vortex and Bilock will do the QD mount and be 16"

I wanted a sight picture free of any obstructions when looking through my Eotech. I think that goal is more than just "looking cool." No, the sling mount and the rail are not free float. Just like the original sling mounts. And remember when Surefires mounted directly under the barrel? Not a big deal. This is on a CQB platform, so sub moa accuracy is not a requirement. But I still get better than 2 moa. The front flip up sight satisfied my requirements for this type of rifle, and I am very happy with the GG&G product.

The sling mount is included, the rail is extra. They can be switched to either side.

So true.

On my MRP I keep my Troy flip up front sight in the up position.  you really don't need a clear view from your front sight.  if you focus on the target instead of your sight reticle, you will never even notice the front sight post.  it is only when you look at the reticle at home you notice that fornt sight protruding up.  no real need for a front sight post unless you scope the gun like a SPR.  even then, it is a maybe.

Nice rifle.

Because it is a CQB rifle, your reaction time has to be fast and faster.  what if you have reticel failure??  with a front sight, you can use the EOTech optic window as a big ghost ring.  this method allow you to shoot out to 25yards effectively.
