i searced and nothin...does anyone have experience with some of those fake silencers?  d ou have to have a certain license to get a real silencer or do u jsut pay the extra tax an them?

Real silencers require a tax stamp from the federal gov.  This stamp costs $200.

Fake silencers don't reduce the report, and therefore are not subject to taxation.

Local and State laws factor in here as well, and you will need to have local law enforcement sign off on the paperwork.

Fake silencers are pointless on a AR type rifle IMO.

i konw that much but would i have to get some kinda like class III license do i jsut pay the tax and get somethin signed and its mine

Actually some of the High Power shooters use these to reduce the recoil for follow up shots.
