| Well based on everyones reviews here i went ahead and bought the Larue mount for my new nightforce 8x32x56. I bought the SPR / M4 Scope Mount QD ($195.00)(for my ar15 flattop) I hope it works with the 56mm objective, the guy there i believe his name was MIke seemed really shure i would have no problems with it. Is anyone here using the same typed of mount with a 56mm objective? It shure would be nice to know for shure that it does work, the only thoughts i had was that it might not be tall enough.............. |

MSTN SELLS NIGHTFORCE SCOPES AND LARUE MOUNTS. IF YOU BUY BOTH, WE MOUNT THE SCOPE CORRECTLY IN THE LARUE MOUNT. SO, WE'D BETTER KNOW WHAT FITS WITH WHAT. THE OUTSIDE DIAMETER OF A NIGHTFORCE 56MM OBJECTIVE IS 2.56". DIVIDE THAT BY TWO AND YOU GET 1.28". IN THE 1.5" HIGH AXIS OF THE LARUE 30MM SPR SCOPE MOUNT, ASSUMING THE FOREND AND RECEIVER ARE THE SAME EXACT HEIGHT, YOU WILL HAVE 0.22" CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE OBJECTIVE AND FOREND.
