I have a problem with my EOTech and I am hoping that you guys can help.  It is a 512 rev. F.  I got it in August.  It is mounted on my Bushmaster M4gery.  Last month I noticed that sometimes I could not get it to turn on by pushing either the down or up button.  If I switched the battery positions (left battery to right position and vice versa) that would fix it.  I was running Energizer Industrial alkalines at that time.  Last Saturday I replaced them with Energizer lithiums.  I took it to the range on Sunday and it worked great.  Today I can't get it to turn on.  I switched the positions of the batteries and that fixed it.  I had hoped that by switching to the lithiums my problem would be fixed, but no such luck.  These are good batteries.  I checked them all with a battery checker.  Before anyone asks I will note that I was not getting the EOTech low battery warning flash with either the alkalines or lithiums.  Do you guys know of a fix for this or is it going to have to go back to EOTech?  I appreciate any input.

The battery contacts aren't dirty or corroded are they? Sometimes just a little corrosion can break the connection.

Nope.  I checked them and they are bright and shiny.
