Can the caps on the Aimpoint be flipped down when the PRI mount is used in conjunction with an LMT fixed rear sight?

no, not the rear one. you can sort of squich it down but it doesnt work that great. I fold my caps to the side on the gun that has the LMT rear and the PRI mount. I think it works out quite well.
