[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Eotech reticle problem?

I just received my new Eotech 552 rev. F and I noticed that it has a shadowed or second lighter reticle when used in lower light conditions. I used to have a rev. E, and never noticed this problem. The second lighter image starts to appear just above the initial "on" setting of the sight. Am I being picky or is the setting just too high for the light conditions? Thanks, Jim
