LOL, well i bought one thinking it had "Night Vision" on them, but it isnt. Basicly just a dimmer i guess. *sigh*

The 552 is "Night Vision Compatible", which means the reticle will dim enough to work with an existing night vision device.

what do you mean? You thought the 552 had nightvision? as in you didnt need regular NV goggles or scope?

actually the night vision setting on an eotech doesnt dim the reticle, it changes over to infrared and that is how it is made to be compatiable with night vision.

I figure i could save weight and not buy a flashligh, IE surefire m900, and just get a VG. Oh wells
