I have a TA45 with the carry handle mount. I currently have a TA51 mount. Can i mount this ACOG to that base(TA51). Also, is there a spacer that will allow the otic to clear the front site.

The TA51 is to low, you need a TA60. There are no spacers to clear the FST completely, no one makes them yet. The TA60 will get the scope up height enough where only the bottom of the FST will be visable as a shadow only.

Boom, thanks for the input.
I got another question for you. Is the reticle adjustable for different eye sight. Unfortunately, my vision isn't 20/20 anymore. The triangle is a littel blurred, but it is clear when I squint, lol.

I am the same way, open both eyes. Acogs need both eyes to work properly. You can have the reticle changed but they charge you $200.00 for it.
