Recently got an old Aimpoint CompM/XD. It has seen heavy use, not real purdy you know, but figured if it would work, so what. Well after mounting in a Aimpoint Rail grabber and installing it on a rifle I noticed that the dot was WAY over to the left and down. So I cranked on the elevation and got it centered up and down. Cranked on the windage and it will not move. I backed the windage out enough it seem as if the windage knob will fall out, but is still way over to the left. Cranked it back and forth a few times and I don't think it moves in the left and right plane at all. Any body seen this malfunction before? |
