I was at the local fun show the other weekend, and it seemed that everywhere I turned I spotted NCStar scopes.  I was wondering if you guys have any experince with them.  I noticed they are from China, so I immediatly backed off.  Are these legit scopes or are they Leapers qaulity?  The prices seem to good to be true, but sometimes looks can be decieving.

Thanks guys

Hi  foxxnhound,
If it is made in China I would say stay away from it.  It will be a scope you will replace in a year and form that point on it will site.  This is what has happed to me. It may not happen to you but I sure it has happed to a lot of guy on here.  I have never used an NCStar but I have bought a Leapers and took it out one time quit a few year ago, I think I now were it is.

PIstol scopes are OK for scout mounting milsurps. The others are iffy, and I suggest spending more. Clarity and brightness are not great, and it si amazing what clarity can do instead of magnification.
