Got a line on a used CompML-XD in excellent to like-new condition.

1) Is $190 a good price for the sight with the standard mounting ring?

2) Other than a longer battery life, was there any significant improvement with the ML2 series?

3) Can all ML2 accessories (such as mounts, double battery cylinders) be used with this sight?

between 150 to 200 dollars depending on condition

Longer battery life, rubber cap strap, one piece body, deeper dive rate and different finish.  

Yes to all except the double battery cap.
