You really can't go wrong with the ARMS #40. As far as the RRA flattop thing goes, there were some issues with out of spec rails on units manufactured a few years ago. If you're buying new, there shouldn't be any issues.

The RRA problem rails was actually a little less than two years ago, and their company has only been around for about 4 years. Good shootin, Jack
