I have a Bushmaster with a 24" barrel and want to convert it to a CQB rifle. I am told to purchase a 16" upper for the conversion. Where would be the best(cheapest)place to find one?

Why, right here at Equipment Exchange of course, I believe there's a preban 16" upper still for sale. If you have the tools you might just build your own, that will save you about $100.
