Your suggestions, guys. Flat top with removable carry handle. I am going to install an Eotech. Mount right on base OR carry handle? Will it be to high on handle or to low on base? Lend me your expertice!!!! Will be used for mostly for hunting.(4 legged) Can I mount a flip up rear sight and view irons through optic?

Mount it on the flat top and get and ARMS #40 rear sight.  That's all you need.

If you also want a little faster targeting, then put it out on the #50 bi-level hand guard if you want to pay more to get more.
