Sometime next week I'm gonna be ready to purchase an Aimpoint Comp ML2. I'm looking @ the 2x w/ the 2m.o.a. dot. I'll be mounting it on a RRA A3. I like the ARMS 22M68 & was curious if that w/ the cantilever extension will co-witness the front sight.

Yes, it will co-witness perfectly.  But, with the 2x Aimpoint you will not be able to use the sights.  Get the standard 1x ML2.

I have a M2 mounted to my RRA in a #22M68/EXT and, as far as I'm concerned, it doesn't get much better than that.  Co-witness will be dead-on.  Enjoy!

ARMS 22M68 Cantilever is the way to go.

Skip the 2x Aimpoint though and get a standard ML2.  The magnified Aimpoint sucks and takes away from the sights advantages.

Hello Paul, the 2X is a POC! Stay with the ML2 and you will much happier...

Another vote for the cantilever / 22M68 ARMS combo with standard M2 or ML2.

Thanks for the pics VERY COOL !!! I'll definatly get the 1x. Been looking around for the definition of the "CET" technology & how long it's been out, probably missed it, anybody know? Am curious about differences between the new & old models.

I'll throw in with the others and encourage you to buy the 1x ML2.  I bought the standard 22M68 full spacer, not the cantilever.  If I had it all to do over again I'd probably get the cantilever though.

I also suggest MSTN.  Those guys are outstanding.  Paul recently helped me with an order for some ARMS 22L rings, spacers and some other stuff.  They sell lots of stuff not on their web site.  Don't hesitate to call them.  They're who I'll call first next time I need something.  Great products, excellent service, excellent knowledge, great attitude and competitive prices.

962 with ARMS throw lever.  It used to have a pressure switch but I stole a push button out of an old 6P handheld.  Im not liking cords on my guns these days.  Its the best weapon light out there IMHO.  Blinding center beam, and just enough around that to light a room without overpowering it.  9v is the way to go:

I just ordered the ARMS EX spacer for my 22M68 from M.S.T.N. Wes, you the man! [hail2]  FEDEX has the package waiting for me and I'm picking it up in the morning.[bounce] I currently have the full "block" spacer on it. One question though, will I need extra screws to replace my current spacer with the new extended one? Just thought I'd ask, thanks!
10/7/2003 7:42:26 PM EDT
[#25]
You could use the screws you currently have (one long and two short), but all three are included in the package with the #22M68EXT.

STRAZZ IS 100% CORRECT.
