These scope mounts look very similar except for the price. Are they identical? The Wilson is high enough to fit a backup iron sight under according to the picture on their website. Can the same be done with the RRA?

I own the RRA and yes it is the very same mount. the only difference being that the Wilson has a hole cut in the tower to make it lighter. I love RRA mount (Known as Slab-A-Mount) It's darn near indestructable, maybe a bit on the heavy side. the knobs that lock the mount to the rail have the little plastic inserts on the inside which lock the rail up nice and tight. Returns to zero well when taken on and off. I have had no problem with mounting my ARMS 40 below the scope, Though i have to mount the ARMS 40 one rail notch forward of the normal last notch position due to the fact that I have my RRA mounted far forward to give me eye relief.
