Why doesn't somebody make a quick release bolt like the one below using the right size bolt for an EOTech sight?

Of course I would say the handles should be flatter along the lines of the ARMS lever but other than that I think it would work great!

A quick release mountain bike seat post release by Salsa?? I would prefer Kore with a ti release. [;)] I don't know, it is something you will have to ask EOTech.

Why would you require quick release bolts? If the EO dies, just flip up your iron sights and get back in the war.

Uh, what if the sight pane is so damaged that you can't see through it? I know it's not a big issue with the thumb screw but you have to admit a throw lever is way faster. It's a feature that almost all the good optic mounts have and I feel it would be a good thing for us EOTech users to have too.

I was going to testify! Grant has one with SERIOUS damage to the front window, it shoots just fine. That's part of the Eotech's claim to fame. Post a pic Grant.
