Looks like a Stock Aimpoint Mount that came with Aimpoints MLx's before they stopped including them.

Thanks. I got one with mine but it is way too high with my tactical handle. Ended up getting a X-Wide 30mm low profile ring.

The ring you have pictured is Model# 10185 AKA light ring.
