Hello, I have a Bushmaster M-4 flat top and I am thinking about getting an EOTECH sight for it. My question is...if I put the EOTECH on top (the one that uses AA batteries) will I still have room for my ARMS #40 behind it?
Also any other info and/or input on this layout would be appreciated.

The AA lithium battery EOTech 552 will work fine with the ARMS #40 on a flat top. Mount your EOTech as far forward on your upper as possible to get the best of field of view. This is the best set up for any red dot optic.

Yes my AA model 552 with an ARMS # 40 fits fine, with the 552 projecting out and almost touching the slip ring.

What Fudd said....about a perfect fit. You'll love that setup! If I had it to do over again I might get the ARMS40 with the full ring small aperture. The cutoff top one just doesnt work as well and you don't need the clearance with the 552.
