| I'm considering putting a new flat top upper together and had a thought......I plan on using a Burris Compact scope. Since the front sight height is about 2.5" from the center of the bore, how high must the scope be mounted in order to get the front sight tower out of the field of view? I'm thinking 2.75" or 3" may be good enough. Is this even a concern since the front sight tower is too close to be in focus?.............Any thoughts? |
