Hey folks, I've got 20 PMAGs coming my way and I'm looking for a nice way to store them.

Does anyone know what kind of storage container this is?   A Pelican case, a plastic .50 cal or 20mm ammo can?

Thanks from a newbie!

I think it is, I got one from Cabelas and it fits 32 standard mags just like that. Its a cheap box and if they were loaded I wouldn't trust it to hold together and not crush my toes while picking it up. But for unloaded ones it works, but then again so does a cardboard box.

I use Rubbermaid containers from walmart...$6.99 & holds 50 mags each.

They look like large Plano ammo/utility boxes. Their boxes have rounded corners like the ones pictured.

Could also be MTM, they make a variety of plastic ammo boxes.

Thanks guys!

How do you store 25 ish loaded PMAGs in a container sturdy enough to carry all at once if necessary?

A fat 50 can will do that easily.

A 50 cal ammo can will hold exactly 1000 rounds loaded up if you use USGI mags.  Dunno about PMags.

USGI ammo can is the only way to store ammo or mags. Sure you can buy something cheaper but you won't buy anything better than the USGI cans. Spend the extra cash it's worth it.
