HI if a AR mag is unmarked no date or manufacturer markings is it a PREBAN mag?

Not necessarily. I have two Bushmaster mags that have no markings that came with an '07 rifle.
They could have been sitting around for a few years but I doubt it.

I believe some are date stamped on the inside bottom. Check there, if no date stamp I would believe it is as good as preban for the purpose of owning or selling.

CProducts didnt mark their mags so NO not all undated mags or preban. CProcts made mags for other companies as well, Bushmaster, Charles Daley, and AR STONER (mags sold by Midway) are/were CProducts.

But C Products didn't exist/make USGI mags before the AWB. If you find an undated Colt, Center, Okay, Sanchez, etc., its pre-ban.
