Not Magpul. Not CProducts. Not HK.

I was introduced to a magainze at the 2009 Infantry Warfighters Conference in Columbus, GA that was unique. The front of the magainze slides down about 2/3 of the way down the frame. You spill the rounds in, shake it, then slap the front slide back up and you're ready to go. Had a metal follower and felt like the H&K mags. Any ideas?

The Cammenga is nice. They rust very easily, though. The finish offers practically no protection.

Functionally it is fine. But until they improve the finish (Teflon,? A Maritime-type?) I can't see myself buying more of them. If you don't oil it down, it will have a powdery coating of rust within 24 hours.

I'm not trying to detract from their product... It is a great idea that functions well. But I really don't like the smell of rust...

I'll mess with it tonight and post pics in the morning. It takes a day after being handled to develop rust.

Don't get the wrong idea... It isn't pitting or anything. Just that "powdery" rust that makes your hands orange and stinks.
