I'm looking at a trade(for a charging handle) with a member in a ban state(MA) and he will only accept dated mags. What is the latest they can be for MA? Thanks.

Also, make him show you his Class A or Class B license to carry. That is what is also needed for them to legally have Hi-Capacity magazines in MA.
