Hi guys,
Just wondering what people think about all the orlite synthetics. I would think that if the israeli army uses them they must be at least somewhat reliable. I know that most of the ones you see around at shows and online could use a good cleaning. Just wondeing if anybody had any specific insight or experiences on the subject. |

They came in as surplus about ten-fifteen years ago. Just inspect each one as occasionally a bad one slips thru the cracks. |

The reason they're on the market here, is that the IDF stopped using them. They went back to the USGI mags. That should give you a hint. |

Orlites suck at all levels. I have given Orlites 4 chances over the years and every time was a bad experience.
I have bought new, "recondition", excellent and whatever description the vendors have sold these over the years. Only mags I have had that will actually pop the rounds out on their own sitting on a table loaded. Do not let the cheap price fool you on these. You will buy twice for real mags that you should have bought in the beginning. They were surplused by the Israeli's for a reason, they suck! |
