I have 2 brand new Pmags that I just received friday  that won't drop free loaded or empty, It's not a big deal to me but, I've read somewhere b4 where some people have sanded them down ever so slightly to get them to drop free. Can anyone who has done this post a picture of the area to be sanded and what grit sandpaper.BTW my other 10 Pmags that I have had for a while are PERFECT in both my AR's.Thanks .

If you call 1.877.4MAGPUL during regular business hours, or email [email protected], our tech support guy, Justin, will be able to explain this in detail.

Step 1:  Smear bacon grease on them

Step 2:  Insert them into your mag well and remove

Step 3:  Where you cannot taste bacon grease, sand ONLY those spots.

Mr. NickBoulder, I did take you up on calling Justin @ Magpul Ind. I gave him a call and in a couple of hours I received a call from Justin. Told him my issue and said it was OK to try and sand them a little and if it doesn't work to call him back. Well, I did just that and he's sending me replacements the same day.TALKING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Two thumbs up for Justin @ magpul.
