Where can I get info about shipping preban mags to other states?
I have a guy in NY that wants to buy some, but I read somewhere that you can't
ship mags there.  They are new still sealed in factory bags '92 and older.
Please help and get me turned in the right direction, thanks in advance.

NY can buy pre-ban high cap mags but post ban mags are illegal.
