[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Colt vs Okay mags

Who made the mags for the other? I saw some Colt and Okay mags side by side and everything was the same except the manuf. name and address. Stamping size was the same and even the codes stamped inside the body were similar as well as the spot weld locations.

Sorry if this has been covered, the search function was not working. I tried 3 times.

Colt does not make mags. They are manufactured by Okay Ind, for Colt. Both have the the CAGE code of 33710 stamped on the bodies.

Sure we can talk about how Colt mags are worth more then Okay mags

... at least people will pay more
