I didn't see any black listed.  I'm thinking of ordering a couple brown to try out.

J Kiser has them. I ordered 4 last Friday and got them USPS on Monday. One of the cheapest prices, especially when you buy $50 worth of stuff (4 mags) and then the shipping is free. This and the extremely fast return, I would recommend Kiser Munitions.

I got both black and FDE PMAGs gen 2 marked 5/07 from Denny (globaltactical.com), my other mags shown are DSG-D&H gray teflon with Magpul gen 2 followers, Wolff extra power springs and Magpul Ranger FDE plates

I've only hand cycled them, all 30 rounds on all my ARs and even my Steyr AUG A1 with the NATO conversion stock and they all work fine.

Of all the mags that I hand cycled that worked, all passed my actual testing at the shooting range, so I'm pretty sure that these PMAGs are going to work when I take them out to the range.

I'm a little slow on this P-Mag topic.  I've been busy and haven't been able to follow it as well as I'd of liked to of.

I just got 3 Pmags from 44Mag.com about 2 weeks ago, and I haven't got around to testing them yet (too many projects).

What is the Gen2 PMAG, and how can you tell the difference?

Thanks for helping out a very busy person.

Another way of identifying Gen 2 PMAGs are by the date code of 4/07 or later date.
