do Magpul Pmags use a standard Mag. spring?

Yes, you can use ANY other 30rd spring that you want, CS springs ,wolff,SS,ect.

FYI the PMag comes with a Stainless Steel spring spec'ed from a US Mil contract and got from the same supplier of that contract
