I have two Grey Steel Mags that have floor plates marked  "Imperial Defence Services England" on them.  These are the only two out of the group that the follower hangs up after only firing approximately ten rounds.  I have replaced the original follower with a new MagPul, but they still bind.

What do you all think, do I need  new springs in them, or are the bodies of these two mags out of spec.  I have others that run fine.

Thanks in advance.

Same here, I was experiencing the same problems until I rebuilt mine with MagPul Generation II followers and Wolff Extra-Power Magazine Springs.

Another possibility for the follower hanging up could be that it is rubbing against a spot weld that is protruding inside the mag body. With the mag apart you would be able to feel some metal sticking out some. A little filing would smooth it out and make it a reliable magazine. Hope this helps.
