My D&H teflon coated mag fits tight into the well. Unloaded not a problem but load a few rnds into it, it doesn't want to catch. Getting it out takes a little muscle. The mag only has a few hundred rnds thru it & I'm pretty sure I've never dropped it. Other mags are no problem (though I haven't used a steel or alum. mag lately, been using a Thermold mag).

Took the mag apart & it looks ok. Has a green follower.... Any ideas? Thanks!

Did you try checking for broken welds? That could cause the body to spread once rounds are in the body pushing on the feedlips.
