Who likes the Canada 30 round Polymer mags better than good ol'USGI steel and WHY?

My buddy sold me two and Im not sure Im sold on them being durable as the foot plate bulges when its loaded, and I can only cram 29 rounds in not 30. What do you all think them?????

Buy some different mags.  I prefer C Products stainless steel mags.  They also make aluminum mags as well.  There is a deal on the SS mags until Monday(?), buy 5 get free shipping, buy 10 get two 20rd or 30rd aluminum mags and free shipping.

I prefer the good old U.S. Thermold rather than the Canadian Thermelt mags.  They hold all 30 rounds and they do it without buldging!  Picked up 7 of them, brand new for $7 each at a pawn shop.  I like!

"PREFER" as in SHTF or range type?

Both.
I just bought them from him for cheap so I figured what the heck. But when I shoot I use the USGI 20's. The local surplus store has them for cheap, I do keep some metal 30's around but rarely load them up. I was also wondering what kinds of issues the polymer mags have, as in should I even keep them.
