Picked a Colt 30rd mag up today .Floor plate is stamped Colt AR-15  5.56  along with the address.
Stamped on the side it has 62667.The odd part is the follower, its a very dark green  but has what appears to be matching numbers stamped in white that are on the mag body.Is this a common Colt mag?

That isn't a CAGE code.  It was Colt's part number for the 30-round magazine in 1966-67.  There is a similar but different number stamped on to the follower in white paint.

CAGE codes weren't added to mags until the 80s.
