What are the capacity limits for the states which still have restrictions after the AWB expired?

Which state? Pistol mag cap or rifle mag cap? Which state are you enquiring about? Jersey? Hawaii? Maryland?

For NY it is 10 rounds for pistol or rifle, one for each finger.

Correct but only for mags manufactured after 9/13/1994. Pre-ban "hi-caps" are still legal to purchase and own.

Kali does not make a distinction on date of manufacture and NJ is limited to 15 regardless of date. MA has a restriction too but IIRC that relates to requiring a class A permit for possession.
