I purchased some GF's from Brownells and installed them in my 30 round USGI magazines, no problem. I am trying to put one in a Colt 20 round now and cannot get it in. Do I have to trim any of the anti-tilt leg off or is there a trick that I need to know. Also it seems the anti-tilt folower will reduce the capacity of the 20 round magazine. Thanks, 77Bronc |

Why are you trying to install them in 20 round mags? Unless they are way new, they should have the much superior aluminum followers already in place. That said, yes there is trimming that needs done for them to work. There's a green follower FAQ around here somewhere.... |

The 20 round green followers are shaped differently than the 30 round green follower. The legs are shorter and pointed. I have an extra one somewhere in the garage. IM me your address and I will send you a 20 round green follower. The alloy ones are better though that is why I didn't use my 20 rd green followers. You can get the alloy followers from 79Transam.
