Check out the LULA from Denny's Guns http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=7&f=24&t=156490  You don't need to use stripper clips and these things work real well.

The clip guide (they're always just been clips) is a standard gun show item.  Probably 75cents or so.  Same places which sell clips sell the guides.

The Lulu is an excellent device.  Fill all your magazines using it and clip the rest (after you get the guide).

Check your local military surplus store, if you happen to have one.  If not, Wu's.  May as well order some clips while at it to make the order worth while.
Haven't tried a LULA only because all of my ammo is on clips, but seems to be a worth while investment.

With Lula you can empty a case of ammo into magazines watching an hour of TV.  One of the few commercial items for these rifles that's worth anything.
