I just got 3 mags from a friend- 2 Adventureline 20's and 1 DPMS 'Law Enforcement only' Teflon 30. All three jammed his AR15 but he said his buddy with a Colt CAR used them successfully. Does this make sense? Where can I get a primer on how to dimension check the lips?

You may want to give a little more information on exactly what kind of problem is being experienced.

The bolt jams as if the mag won't allow the cartridge to feed past the front of the lips. The front lips definitely looked 'crimped' (slightly different than my USGI mags) but I don't want to start bending something I don't understand.

I noticed the followers have a larger shell imprint. Guess they are 308 not 223 :(
