I have some 20rnd USGI's that have dents in the alloy follower on the shoulder of the raised portion.  Is this a problem?

I have a few 30rnd mags with the plastic followers that have the dents also but not near as big.

If I decide to replace a few of the worst ones with Green Followers what is the correct length to cut the center post to, so all 20rnds will fit?

TIA

100% normal for mags that have seen some use and not a problem.  Don't replace the alloy followers unless they are mangled.
