[ARCHIVED THREAD] - RAM LINE MAGAZINES ????

I saw some plastic 30 rounders new in the package for $20.00 each. The label on the package said they could be used with the MINI-14, the AR-15 , and the AR-180 . Does anyone know if these mags are reliable/durable ????
Are they a quality mag???

Stay far, far away. They are the WORST AR-15 magazines I have ever used.

These mags are usually too long front-to-back to fit well in an AR15, as they have to fit the longer Mini-14 mag well that attaches front-to-back. They will work for a while in a Mini-14, but the plastic is very brittle and the feedlips crack easily. They used to cost $5 each before the ban, and didn't sell well at that price...

I have a couple I bought way back when they were cheap and neither of them work in any of my ARs. They are garbage IMHO.
