My intentions are to get set up to reload my own ammo in the near future.
That said, what ammo would you recommend as a good plinking/blasting ammo (18" 1:8 barrel) that have decent cases for reloading a more precise round later? |

I have not had problems with any brass - Federal, Winchester, ZQI, Privi
I prefer Federal or Winchester, but that's just me. With 5.56 ammo, the primers are usually crimped, so there is an extra step to prepping the brass. Just an FYI, in case you didn't know, there is a Reloading Forum |

I was aware, but appreciate it none-the-less. And I've asked a few "dumb questions" over at the reloading forum as well.
