Planning on buying a case of ammo for the ammo fort to shoot through my 10.75" PWS. It seems to shoot better groups with heavier loads but cycles 55 gr perfectly. I found a case of PMC X-tac 62 gr for $399. Anything else I should consider?

Wolf Gold 55gr. It's just slightly slower than M193 and is more accurate.
The reason for my suggestion is that a lot of ranges won't let you shoot 62gr "Green-Tip" ammo anymore.

Wolf Gold is the best deal going now and is one of the more accurate bulk loads. I've have shot up all of my mixed 55gr and now only have WG, 3K. If it is below $300 per 1K get it.

+1 on PMC 62gr ammo...used 1200+ rounds of this stuff in a two day carbine course. Not one FTF/FTE...
