Was at the range a few days ago testing some reloads and while picking up brass(Man I love coming home with more brass than I brought) I came across this unfired round. It's got a WCC 12 headstamp so I know it's Winchester Nato stuff. It hasn't been reloaded before and has a brown tip similar to a polymer tipped varmint round but this is hard and metallic feeling and very blunt.
